This is district policy for ALL Parent and Adult (yes, even recent alumni that are 18) Volunteers that work with or around students. Technically if you visit campus for any reason, you should have this form filled out. For this reason, I'd suggest all adults fill it out and get it out of the way. I'm not finding current ​language that the clearance carries from year to year so even if you filled it out last year, I'd go ahead and fill it out each year.
